No reason to complain, we spent a really amazing time here. The hotel was beautiful and amazing, it met all requests, we appreciated its exceptional location just off the restaurant as well as beautiful surroundings. Our food was OUTSTANDING and amazing.

The service was on point and the staff made us feel like VIPs. The adventure activities they offered were off the charts! We went on an epic hike to the Rila Monastery and the scenery was out of this world. And let me tell you about the ATV tour we took through the mountains - it was like being in a real-life video game! Totally mind-blowing!

Okay, so here's the thing. The hotel had all these awesome activities for adrenaline junkies like us, but we were kinda bummed that they didn't have a happening nightclub or a party scene.

The deluxe rooms at Royal Valentina Castle are amazing! They have a separate small corner with comfy furniture for dining, which is perfect for those lazy evenings in. And let's not forget the large terrace where you can enjoy your morning coffee with stunning views. As a low-budget traveler, I felt like royalty in this room!

The location of the hotel was great, surrounded by beautiful nature and within easy reach of local attractions. The hotel had a spa with a wide range of treatments available, and the pool was large, clean, and inviting.

While the hotel had some excellent facilities, the food was of poor quality, with a limited range and often lukewarm. The hotel itself was in need of some maintenance work, with some areas looking tired and in need of a refresh.

Our stay at the Royal Valentina Castle was truly magical. From the moment we arrived, we felt like we had stepped into a fairy tale. The attention to detail in the design throughout the hotel, from the knight-themed restaurant to the beautiful ornaments in the hallway, was truly impressive. Our room was spacious, clean, and made us feel like royalty. The staff was friendly and always ready to assist us. The spa facilities were excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools, as well as the sauna and steam room. The highlight for us was the delicious food in the hotel restaurant. Both the a la carte dinner and breakfast were exceptional, with prompt and refined service.
